Endothermic motors

Here are some optional products that can be added to the
Acquisition Systems described.

BAROMETRIC BOX ambient temperature/atmospheric pressure

This space-saving box contains an atmospheric pressure transducer
[Range 800÷1200mbar] and a PT100 temperature probe[Range 0÷100°C].
On request we can include a sensor for determining the relative humidity [Range 0÷100% HR].
The box is equipped with a sheathed cable 10 metres long and can be
interfaced with all our acquisition systems.

TEMPERATURE BOX

This box is equipped with 6 K-type thermocouples  [Range 0÷1000°C] and
3 pressure transducers  [Range to be defined].

SAFETIES-WARM-UP-MOTOR START UNIT

This system is contained in a 19"/3U rack. On the front it has lamps and controls for the
following functions:

• Engine starting
• Timed warm-up of glow plugs for diesel engines
• Control of 8 alarms complete with acoustical/visual alarms (leds and a 
  buzzer positioned on the front), stop motor function if an alarm is 
  triggered, functions for reset and silencing.

CONTROL UNIT ON BOARD STAND

This box contains luminous signals, buttons and selectors, and has all the remote
controls for the safeties-pre-heating-motor start rack. Housed on board the stand,
on a special arm if necessary  (not included in price), it is extremely convenient
for controlling the main functions of the motor from inside the test room.

J and K TEMPERATURE PROBES

Tecno EL supplies J- and K-type temperature probes in any size and shape.
The standard supplies include stylus probes in different diameters, probes
under the spark plugs, probes in contact with different shapes, etc.
The operating range of K-type probes is 0÷1200 °C.
The operating range of J-type probes is 0÷400 °C.

PT 100 TEMPERATURE PROBES

Tecno EL supplies PT100 thermo-resistances in different diameters.
The operating range of the PT100 probes is 0÷200 °C.

PRESSURE SENSORS

Tecno EL supplies and interface different types of pressure sensors for a wide
range of applications. Based on the needs of the client, the sensor can have a
precision ranging from 0.5%F.S. to 0.1%F.S.and be supplied with a Calibration
Certificate from the parent company.  Some examples of the most common operating
ranges supplied are: 500 mBar, 1 Bar, 3 Bar, 10 Bar, 1 Bar A.B.S. (atmospheric pressure),
and various measurements at high pressures.

LOAD CELLS

Tecno EL supplies and interfaces different types of load cells for measuring torque.
They can be mounted on new or overhauled stands.
Based on the needs of the client, the load cell can have a precision ranging from 0.5%F.S. to
0.1%F.S. and be supplied with the Calibration Certificate from the parent company.

PICK-UP + 60-tooth PHONIC WHEEL for determining brake rpm

Tecn El supplies and interfaces a 60-tooth phonic wheel with the relative magnetic
pick-up for determining brake rpm. This installation kit is recommended when
overhauling and modernizing hydraulic brakes or eddy current brakes.
